The combination and coordination of efforts are the key to achieving business results. Through this fun activity, we will be able to strengthen our work teams for project planning, definition of strategies, improvement of communication, stimulation of creativity, development of skills and breaking paradigms, through a workshop that offers as a result evidence of the leadership of a practical way, as well as empowerment through team dynamics.

In this exciting and fun activity, we divide the group of participants into sub teams where its members will have to merge their talents to build a raft in the best “castaway” style. Once built the boats, he will take them to the sea, to participate in a legendary race.
